On these pages I will bring the notes, stories, thoughts and ideas about the world of wine, as I see it. My personal recount of the entrepreneurial journey I started when I first moved to Alsace, plus a collection of the most relevant points we explore on my community Newsletter “Wine for Curious Humans”.

My grandfather, the original "Juan", introduced me to the world of wine. From a childhood playing in the vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina, to working in the industry and then a "leap of faith" that changed everything, this is the story of how I found, lost, and found again my relationship with wine.
The Wine Artist. Finally!
Juan rediscovers a forgotten piece of writing on July 1st 2026. Perhaps 6 years after he wrote the original words, during the end covid-confinement times. It has taken him all this time to create a website that honours the feeling that he had at the time. The feeling that he is actually – a wine artist
The Human Side of Terroir
What happens when you taste two wines? Of the same variety, same vintage, same Grand Cru, very similar price point. Both great wines, but two different human creations seeking to interpret the character of the growing environment of the grapes. Will they taste the same?

“Wine for Curious Humans”
For three years, I sent wine enthusiasts 2 bottles every month to spark their curiosity and exploration. "It’s like waiting for Christmas presents," one happy customer told me :)
Now we're also gathering in person—regular tastings, visits to interesting and fun producers, e-bike wine tours, and wines with stories worth sharing. Same discovery, learnings, and that Christmas like surprise factor, but this time we are all together!
