MY WINE
El Triumpho Wines
My personal and triumphant winemaking adventure
With a forbidden French grape,
from a rescued and abandoned vineyard with 70-year-old vines,
in a petite town in Brinckheim, Alsace,
sharing a tale of three borders, three countries,
and one naive vigneron…
…comes the story of two wines:
El Triumpho Rosé Trompé & El Triumpho Red
Rose Trompé 2024
I am “El Triumpho Rosé Trompé”. Even if mistaken, I am one of a kind. A little darker – I hope you don't mind: says the label of my first ever vintage of El Triumpho Rosé. The vintage 2024 was very challenging with lots of rain during summer and tricky weather also early in the season at flowering. We started with the wrong foot. Very low yields and plenty of selection at harvest as a consequence. I combined my two vineyard plots to make only 300 bottles.

El Triumpho Red (next 2025)
El Triumpho is my very own vigneron adventure that started in 2021, following in my grandfather’s footsteps back in Mendoza, Argentina. The first vineyard I took charge of, with older vines (70-year-old), produces ripe and fruit-concentrated grapes with dense colour. Ideal for a red. The rescued vines are in Brinckheim, Alsace. For me this is also more than a wine—it's a triumph of love for nature, protecting an historical piece of land, exercising my passion for wine, and enjoying the best cross-border collaboration between French, German and Swiss people that we can have in our side of the world.
The first bottles will be released by the end of 2026 - Pre-order now!

“Wine for Curious Humans”
For three years, I sent wine enthusiasts 2 bottles every month to spark their curiosity and exploration. "It’s like waiting for Christmas presents," one happy customer told me :)
Now we're also gathering in person—regular tastings, visits to interesting and fun producers, e-bike wine tours, and wines with stories worth sharing. Same discovery, learnings, and that Christmas like surprise factor, but this time we are all together!
